1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Gman Swift Transit Plc ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site or utilizing our chauffeur, car rental, or fleet management services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

Gman Swift Transit Plc provides professional driver supply, luxury car rental, bus charter, and fleet management services in Lagos and selected Nigerian cities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our services without notice at any time.

• Booking & Cancellations: All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
• Driver Conduct: Our drivers are vetted professionals. Any abusive behavior, threats, or illegal requests directed at our drivers will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
• Vehicle Usage: When hiring our vehicles, you agree to use them solely for lawful purposes. Off-road driving, racing, or transporting illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via our accepted payment methods (Bank Transfer, POS, or Mobile Money). Corporate retainers are subject to separate master service agreements and invoicing terms.

4. Liability & Insurance

Gman Swift Transit Plc ensures that all company-owned vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. However, our liability for any loss, damage, or delay is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

When utilizing our "Short-Term Driver" service (where our driver operates your personal vehicle), you must ensure your vehicle has valid comprehensive insurance. Gman Swift Transit Plc will not be held liable for damages incurred while operating client-owned vehicles, except in cases of proven gross negligence by our driver.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We cannot guarantee the Site or our WhatsApp booking line will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, specifically the jurisdiction of Lagos State courts.
